The ORALYA Oral Care Case must be used only in accordance with the instructions and warnings supplied with the product.

Before use:

• Inspect the product for damage or defects
• Clean it according to the provided instructions
• Confirm that it is suitable for the oral appliance you intend to store
• Keep electrical or charging components dry unless expressly designed otherwise
• Keep the product away from excessive heat and open flames
• Keep small components and cables away from young children

Do not use the product if it is damaged, improperly assembled, or missing necessary components.

The product is intended to support the storage and care of compatible oral appliances. Unless expressly supported by verified product documentation, it should not be represented as diagnosing, treating, preventing, sterilising, or curing any medical or dental condition.

Information on the Store does not replace advice from a dentist, orthodontist, doctor, or other qualified professional.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Store and may change before an order is placed.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and additional costs will be displayed at checkout where required.

By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of:

• Promotions have no cash value
• A code may be limited to one use per customer

Fraudulent or unauthorised use may be refused.

Where legally permitted, you grant ORALYA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display submitted content for operating and promoting the brand.
